Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on item availability and your location. For pre-orders, please allow additional time for production. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. For orders below that amount, shipping fees will be calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please note that pre-ordered items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or faulty.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability. Please reach out to our customer service to arrange the exchange.
